Continuing airworthiness

Continuing airworthiness is the term used to describe all processes that ensure that the regulations and rules applicable to the aircraft are complied with and that it can be operated safely.

Each know-how is specific: our experts have in-depth knowledge of the overarching processes and procedures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 Part 145 & Part M for the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products. We advise you on the implementation of regulations and requirements for certifying staff and support you in the preparation of company-specific certification regulations (Written Practice).

It goes without saying that we observe all applicable standards (e.g. ASTM E 1444, ASTM E 1417 etc.) and regulations. Thus, we also meet the special requirements of the aerospace industry.

If rules and regulations leave room for interpretation, we contact the respective notified body and clarify the facts so that you receive the greatest possible legal certainty.
