Training offer Barkhausen Rauschen
The Barkhausen noise method is a proven method for evaluating stress states in materials.
In our training courses you will learn
- The basics of the Barkhausen noise method: how do magnetic noise signals arise, and what do they say about the material?
- Possible applications: Identification of tensile and compressive residual stresses and their significance for component quality.
- Practical examples: Carrying out and evaluating measurements directly on workpieces.
- Optimization of machining processes: How the method can be used to ensure material quality and detect machining errors at an early stage.
This knowledge helps you to efficiently recognize stress differences and make quality-relevant decisions.
