Magnetic particle testing (MT) Fluorescent

If ferromagnetic components can be magnetized in a DC or AC test bench and evaluated under UV light, maximum display sensitivity is guaranteed. Even the smallest cracks and imperfections are reliably detected.

The magnetization and observation of the components is carried out on DC or AC test benches. Prior to testing, all components are pre-cleaned, e.g. in a degreasing bath. All tested parts are demagnetized again after successful testing.

All our experienced testers are trained and qualified in MT according to DIN EN 4179 in our own NANDTB-NDT training center. Of course, our training offer is also available to external users.
