Gauge Management

Professional test equipment management is an integral part of comprehensive quality management. We support you in the implementation of the VDI/VDE/DGQ Guideline 2618 in all points and thus ensure compliance with the minimum requirements.

All quality-relevant standards require compliance with a regular calibration cycle of your test and measurement equipment. We will be happy to advise you on the question alone of which calibration interval is standard-compliant and at the same time makes economic sense. Together with you, we will evaluate factors such as frequency of use, location of use and the extent of a possible faulty measurement in order to determine an appropriate test cycle for your test and measuring equipment.

You receive proactive support from our test equipment database QM-Soft. It manages all test and measuring equipment and the corresponding test cycle. We will inform you regularly about upcoming calibrations and, if desired, initiate the pick-up and delivery service for you.

We are also happy to take care of the replacement of obsolete test and measuring equipment and include it in the database accordingly.
